Boraie and Sons Empire

Last year’s summer the state theatre of New Brunswick in New Jersey, offered the community some latest movies for free. Two organizations supported the project, The Provident Bank Foundation, and Boraie Development. The whole idea was to provide the youths a period to enjoy with their family and friends. The Theatre is historical and sentimental to the people of New Jersey, where most live concerts happen. The structure was brought up 1921 as a movie house. Boraie Development

Boraie Development is an enterprise in which its primary focus is the urban real estate market that is real estate development, property management, and sales & marketing. Omar Boraie

Omar Boraie is the President and Head of the Boraie Development. He is a 73-year-old man. While a young man as he traveled to Europe for his studies in chemistry, he was inspired by developments and buildings and when Omar went to New Jersey it became his dream to make New Brunswick look the same as what he had since in Europe.

He faced many challenges, and at some point, people thought of him as a crazy man. It is 40 years down the line, and his vision for New Brunswick has become a reality. He bought land on his block which had old worn-out buildings and changes the whole site the plan he had in mind one by one.

In the 1980s and ‘90s, he brought about Albany Street Tower One which was 250,000 square feet and 2003 he completed Tower Two. The two towers had Class A office space. He later constructed residential units with the New York City look. It was the tallest building in New Brunswick. Wasseem Boraie, Omar’s oldest son, is the Vice President of the company.
